Serpentine Wall at Yeatman's Cove Park in Cincinnati

The Story: Yeatman's Cove is a riverfront park on the Ohio River with front-row views of the Cincinnati Ohio skyline. In 1976, the city built this serpentine-shaped flood wall on the banks of the Ohio River which gives visitors quiet space and viewpoints to look across to Newport Kentucky. On this day, the sinuous steps move from daylight to shadows creating an interesting composition.

Surrounding the paddlewheel you'll find "smokestacks" that can be triggered to play music and blow off steam.
